SNOW GUARANTEE from the 12/12/2009 until the 18/04/2010: There are no long queues at the lifts that depart from Oz Station (1.350 m.) providing easy access to all the slopes in the Alpe d’Huez / Grande Rousses ski area (3.300 m.). This means there is always plenty of snow to ski on one of the slopes in this area. Résidence Club Alpine Le Hors Piste will therefore refund the proportional part of the tariff you have paid for your accommodation into your giro- or bank account for every day that you are unable to ski due to the closure of all the slopes in the Alpe d’Huez / Grande Rousses ski area as a result of the lack of snow.

ROUTE DESCRIPTION

From Lyon, Chambéry, Grenoble:
• Follow the signs from Lyon or from Chambéry to Grenoble
• From Grenoble follow the signs to Vizille, Bourg d’Oisans, Briançon (RN85 and RN91)
• Approx. 8 kms. before Bourg d’Oisans you come to Rochetaillee
• Here turn left on to CD 526 in the direction of Allemont, Oz en Oisans
• From Oz en Oisans it is a 7 kms descend up to 'Oz Station'

Coming from Briançon:
• Follow RN 91 and RN 85 in the direction of Bourg d’Oisans, Grenoble
• After passing through Bourg d’Oisans follow this road for approx. another 8 kms. till Rochetaillee
• Here turn right to CD 526 in the direction of Allemont, Oz en Oisans
• From Oz en Oisans it is a 7 kms descend up to 'Oz Station'

In Oz Station:
• In Oz Station follow the road down and around the large indoor Car Park, where you will find the reception of Résidence Club Alpine Le Hors Piste in the Hotel Le Hors Piste

PARKING
WINTER TYRES, SNOW CHAINS

• In the winter you are advised to park your car in the large indoor  Car Park under la Salle des Fêtes . Tariff: approx. € 25,00 p/w. Please note: Indoor Car Park is not suitable for high vehicles and some vehicles with a roof-rack
• The outdoor parking spaces are free of charge. In the summer parking is free of charge throughout the village both on the indoor and outdoor car parks



• It is wise to purchase winter tyres if you travel to Residence Club Alpine Le Hors Piste with the car.
• You are required to have snow chains in your car. Without them, you will not be able to get up the mountain to Oz station during heavy snow falls.
